Make your skin fresh throughout the day by mixing mint leaves in your bathing water.
Intake of proper food can also help curtail the odor.
You diet should include 20% of protein, 20% of the oils and fats and lot of fruits and vegetables.
It’s very important to intake plenty of water.
One tbsp of fennel seeds make your body fresh.
Our lifestyle is in our hands, additional fatigue and stress worsens your mental status. Therefore, odor is not good for your personality.
