Wrap a few pieced of ice cubes in a clean cloth and apply to the affected skin for 5 minutes. Repeat this a few times in a day. Avoid applying ice directly to prevent chilblains.

Soak a cotton ball with apple cider vinegar and apply on the rashes. Leave it to dry. If you experience burning and rotation dilute apple cider vinegar to half Quantity of water. Repeat this three time in a day.

Coriander Leaves-

You must have added coriander leaves to cooking, but it has have curative properties. It reduces inflammation and itch.

Wash coriander leaves and crush them to make a paste. Apply this paste to the rashes. After 20 minutes wash them off.

Peppermint Leaves-

Peer mint provides a cooling effect and eases redness and itch.

Steep a few peppermint leaves in a cup of water. You may use peppermint tea bag for the same. Steep for a few minutes and then wash the affected area with this tea and wipe it off.

Tea Tree Oil-

Tea tree oil is rich in antiseptic properties and is used to treat pad rashes effectively.

Add a few drops of tea tree oil to a teaspoon of coconut oil and apply it to the affected part with the help of a cotton ball.

Coconut Oil-

Coconut oil is a readily available home remedy to get rid of the period rash. It is antioxidant and has antibacterial properties.

Just clean the affected area with water. Pat it dry and with the help of cotton ball apply coconut oil to the rashes. Leave it overnight for relief.

Indian Lilac or Neem-

Neem leaves are rich in anti-inflammatory properties and help to get rid of pad rash.

Boil a few glasses of water and add a handful of neem leaves to it. Steep for 15 minutes and then let it cool. Now wash the area affected by this neem water two ties in a day.
