After 20 minutes wash it off. Repeat this two time in a day.

3.Garlic-

Garlic is antifungal and antiseptic. Cush 2-4 cloves of garlic and adding little water to it make a paste. Apply the paste to the affected area and leave it for 20 minutes. This is followed by washing it off. Repeat this two times in a day.

4. Chamomile-

Do you know chamomile being anti-inflammatory can be used to get rid of sweat rash under the breast? It is rich in volatile oils such as bisabolol oxides A, B and matricin. Also, it contains flavonoids. All these compounds are useful in minimising skin infections. Steep a bag of chamomile tea in a cup of water for 10 minutes. Add a half teaspoon of turmeric powder to a glass of boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes. When the solution cools down, wash the affected area with it. Aloe vera has soothing and cooling property. It is nati-inflammatory, antifungal and antibacterial. It also removes the dead skin cells and heals the rashes. Extract fresh gel from aloe vera leaf and apply it to rashes under the breast. Leave it for 20 minutes and then rinse it off with water. Repeat this two times in a day.

7. Coconut oil-

Now this is the most straightforward and readily available home remedy. Lauric acid present in coconut makes it an ideal treatment for any skin issues as it is antibacterial and antifungal. To avoid rash sweat under breast under your skin under the breast correctly every day with soap and water. Dry out the area and then apply talcum powder before wearing clothes. Always use a mild soap. Make sure the bra and your dress is not too tight. Before sleeping it’s better to remove the bra and wear loose clothing.
