What to do – Take a few ice cubes and wrap them in a washcloth. Gently press the ice against the pimples. Do this for 20 minutes. Repeat this at least three to four times in a day.

What to do – To 1/4 cup of water add a few drops of apple cider vinegar. With the help of a cotton ball apply the solution on pimple and let it dry. After 10 minutes, wash it off.  Repeat this 3 to 4 times a day.

Lemongrass oil– 

Lemongrass oil has antimicrobial properties. In addition, it works as skin toner and an astringent.

What to do – Add a few drops of lemongrass oil in 1/4 cup of water. With the help of a cotton ball apply the solution to the affected area.  Let it dry and then rinse it off.

Baking soda balance the skin pH and dries the pimple. It reduces redness and soothes the skin.

What to do – To one fourth teaspoon baking soda add sufficient amount of water to make a paste. Apply the paste with the help of your clean finger on the pimple and leave it to dry. This is followed by rinsing of the baking soda with water. Repeat this at least 2 times in a day.

Witch Hazel

Witch hazel contains tannin that reduces acne, inflammation and swelling and soothes redness.

What To Do – With the help of a cotton ball apply Witch Hazel to the pimple let it dry for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat this at least once in a day.

Lemon Peel – 

Lemon peel has antimicrobial properties. It kills the bacteria that contribute to acne formation. 

What to do – Squeeze the lemon peel and gently rub the lemon peel extract on the pimples for at least five minutes.  Leave it for 15 minutes with water.  Repeat this at least 2 times in a day

To prevent pimples on nose it is very important that you wash your face gently with warm water at least two times in a day. Avoid scrubbing the lesion.  Step 2- Exfoliate

Look straight into the mirror throughout this exercise.

1.Curve index (first) fingers under each eyebrow and gently push up -then hold against your brow-bone. Keep your fingers in that position.

2.Now close your eyes in five to ten very small downwards movements. You should feel a gentle stretch in the upper lids.

3. Keep lids stretched downwards for a count of six.

4. Release the stretch slowly for three counts.

5. Open lids. Relax. Breathe deeply. Repeat three times.

To get rid of Lines On The Bridge Of The Nose

1.Place pads of middle fingers firmly on the top of the bridge of your nose, just below any lines or bumps.

2. Place your index fingers each side of the bridge of your nose. Hold firmly.

3. Gradually move the muscles under your finger-hold in the direction of the arrow in five tiny, slow upwards movements.

4. Hold for a count of five, then slowly return in five movements.

5. Do this three times.

6. Stay relaxed, keep breathing and do not scowl!

Note: The finger resistance must be held gently but firmly throughout.

1. With a straight spine, look straight ahead and tilt head up.

2. Then gently just out your chin. At the same time, draw lower lip over the top lip. Do not smile up with mouth corners.

3. For extra resistance, place first lightly under the chin.

4. Now press tongue firmly against lower teeth in a forward, upward thrust. Feel the movement under the chin.

5. Hold for a count of five.

6. Slowly release the pressure.

7. Stay relaxed and breathe. Repeat three times.
