Try crow’s feet facial yoga to reduce wrinkles around eyes and fine lines. Wide open your eyes as if you are scared or startled. Maintain this expression for a few seconds and then pull your skin back with your hands.

Well chewing gum is not yoga,but still,it is one of the best exercises to fight the signs of ageing. By chewing gums, facial muscles move steadily and consistently. This will make your muscles smoother, firmer and toned. However,make sure to chew gums in moderation.

5.Fish face-

Fish face is one of the best facial yoga to make your cheeks less flabby and face sleek.
Pursue your lips. Suck the inside of your cheeks on both the sides of your teeth to make a fish face. Hold for a couple of a second. Repeat this five times.

6.Firm cheeks-

As you age your face lose fat and cheeks appear thin. But firm cheek yoga will strengthen cheek muscles. With your mouth take a deep breath and puff your cheeks. Hold breath for a few seconds in your mouth and then release it out.

7.Stick out your tongue-

It is very easy facial yoga. Stick your tongue out as far as you can. Hold this position for 60 seconds. Repeat this exercise 3 times in a day to strengthen the muscles of your face.

8.Puppet face-

Puppet face exercise reduces wrinkles around your face and also strengthens the muscles of the cheek. Show off your teeth and smile. Into the crease between your nose and lips press your fingertips. Now, lift the muscles up and press down your fingers. Repeat this five times.
