It has antioxidants that fights from free radicals and keeps the cells healthy. Giloy also helps in treating liver diseases and also removes toxins from the body. It helps in purifying the blood. To make Giloy juice you need few leaves of tulsi, half tsp black pepper powder, 4 cloves of garlic (crushed), half inch grated ginger, 1 tsp fennel seeds and 1 tsp methi seeds. Take a cup of water and add these ingredients to it. Let it boil for 5-10 minutes on low flame. When the water remains half and becomes slightly thick then switch off the flame and let it cool down. You can strain this mixture and store in a glass jar. Take half tsp of giloy mixture to make a glass of immunity drink in one go.

You need to steam your face for 5 minutes before applying this pack as this will open up the pores of your skin. Let it dry and then wash off with cold water or normal water.
