Natural Home Remedies For Excessive Sweating

To regulate the body temperature sweating acts as a great natural process in human body. There are a few feelings are included in the sweating process. They are;

  • Strenuous physical activity
  • Warm temperature
  • Fear
  • Anger

Generally sweating is associated with anxiety, nutritional deficiencies, obesity, stress and poor circulation. Diabetes, heart problems, leukemia, hyperthyroidism, fever and menopause are some of the excessive sweating caused in terms of medical perception. Without burden if you feel excessive sweat, it may be “hyperhidrosis”. Commonly sweating found in the regions are neck, palms, forehead and underarms. Don’t worry about the excessive sweating you have. Here we are providing a few home remedies which can cure your illness.

Excessive Sweating

Apple Cider Vinegar:-

Method 1:
Firstly, wash the region you are getting excessive sweat and apply apple cider vinegar, gently rub on the region. Allow it to be for overnight. Apply talcum powder or deodorant after shower in the region.

Method 2:
Take glass water and mix it with two tbsp of apple cider vinegar, two tbsp of honey. Consume it in the early morning on an empty stomach. It helps fight hyperhidrosis and also balance the body’s pH level.

Baking Soda:-

Method 1:
Take a tbsp of baking soda and blend it with sufficient water, 2-3 drops of essential oil. Mix them well. Apply this mixture your armpits and sweating parts. Rinse off with plain water after twenty minutes. You can follow this method three times a week.

Method 2:
Take a little baking soda and equal amount of cornstarch in a bottle. Apply it on the parts that sweat excessive. You can use it as your choice. This helps your excessive perspiration.

Sage:-

Method 1:
Take a tbsp of dried sage leaves and two cups of water in bowl and boil it. Wait until it becomes cool. Apply it on the sweating parts of your body. You should follow this method three times for a few days. This method helps constrict the sweat glands in order to reduce sweating.

Method 2:
Take one tbsp of sage in a cup of water and add lemon juice. Now you can consume it 2-3 times daily. Due to presence in antiperspirant and astringent properties, it helps regulate the sweat glands.

Witch Hazel:

Method 1:
Take a little witch hazel and apply it on the sweating regions with cotton ball. You can use this for daily.

Method 2:
Take a little water and mix it with one tbsp of witch hazel bark powder and make a fine paste. Apply it on the sweating regions and allow it to be for one hour. Use cold water to wash the regions. Use this method daily for two weeks.
