Soak soapnuts or its powder overnight in water and then in the morning apply hair pack if it is in a powder form and if you have soaked soapnuts then rinse your hair with ts water and massage well in your hair. Rinse with normal water.

Reetha shampoo is best made with shikakai and this gives an amazing strength to your hair. Take some pieces of soap nuts and shikakai and boil them in half litre of water. Soak them overnight. Now, strain the mixture in the morning and it will be ready to be used as a shampoo. Clean your scalp with this shampoo and you will get an amazing shine on your hair.

Take dry reetha and shikakai and grind them in a blender to form the powder. Mix both powders and add some water to form a hair mask. Massage your scalp with this mixture and then you can also apply a thick mask on your hair for 20-25 minutes. Wash off with clean water to get amazing results within few weeks.

Take 15 to 16 reetha nuts and remove the seed. Grind them completely and put crushed powder in an iron vessel. Add 6 cups of water to it and boil it as well. Leave it overnight. Wash your hair with this mixture in the morning by massaging it on your scalp for few minutes. Do not use shampoo on your hair after applying this as it naturally cleans up your hair and scalp.

This will stretch your back and your arms as well. Stay in this position for a minute and then return back to your normal posture.

For this pose you need to remain in the standing position and then take your left leg back upto 3-4 feet and then bend your right knee. Now slowly raise your arms to shoulder height so that they remain parallel to the ground. Now raise your hands by few inches and then remain in this position for 10 seconds. Repeat this for atleast 5 times and then return back to your normal position.

Now raise your left hand up in the air and stretch it keeping your left feet stretched ahead to the left side. Remain in this pose for 10 seconds and then come back to the normal position.

This helps in strengthening the muscles and back area as well. This also gives strength to your arms and legs. For this asana, keep your feet together and lift your arms over your head. Now draw your hips back bringing yourself in a sitting position. Stay in this position for a minute and then come back to the normal position. Repeat this asana for 5 times. Everyday to give your anxiety and mood swings a toss for a longer time.

This pose helps in giving strength to your spine and thighs along with relief in the symptoms of menopause. For this pose you need to sit in a kneel down position with your buttocks on your heels.
