Dosage consideration

Adult Dosage

Constipation:- 15-60mL by mouth in a single dose

Colonic evacuation:- same as constipation 15-60mL once by mouth, 16 hours before the procedure.

Pediatric Dosage

Below 2 years:- 1-5mL orally once

2-12 years:– 5-15mL once orally.

Above 12 years:- 15-60mL once by mouth.

    Home sauna will your skin pores. Clogged pores are one of the most important causes of acne and blackheads. Take 10 -15 minutes steam and let your skin breath. For this boil water and pour this boiling water in a large vessel. Place your face over it and cover your head with a towel. Use a thick towel for this purpose. Steam will wash your face, unclog the pores and render your beautiful skin.

  3. Scrubbing-

    Scrubbing exfoliated the dead and tanned skin and let the underlying fresh skin come on the surface. Take 3-4 almonds, a few poppy lotus seeds (Phool makhana) and grind them little. Do not make them powder but granules. Add little raw milk or yogurt to it. Scrub your face and neck with it for 2 minutes and then wash your face. Scrubbing should be gentle. You may also use sugar and lemon for this purpose.

    Now it’s time to apply a face pack. If your skin is dry and tanned then try hone and banana face pack. For this mash a ripe banana and add a teaspoon honey to it. Apply it to your face and leave for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes rinse off your face.

    The last step is to moisturize your skin. For this add 3-4 drop of eucalyptus oil to a bowl filled with cold water. Soak a small towel with it. Remove excess of water by wringing and place it on your face. After this apply any oil-based moisturizer that best suits your skin.
