Take a cup of water and add these ingredients to it. Let it boil for 5-10 minutes on low flame. When the water remains half and becomes slightly thick then switch off the flame and let it cool down. You can strain this mixture and store in a glass jar. Take half tsp of giloy mixture to make a glass of immunity drink in one go.
