Coconut oil contains medium chain fatty acids that reduce inflammation, boost metabolism, minimises stress anxiety and promotes weight loss. Consume 1-2 tablespoon of virgin coconut oil 2-3 times in a day, Us it as cooking oil or in salads. Consume one avocado daily Add it to your salad or make a smoothie by blending it with honey and milk.

You may try running, swimming, biking, brisk walking or dancing according to your like. Also get sufficient sleep.
