Natural Home Remedies for Oily Skin

Skin produces excess sebum, which comes from the sebaceous glands that has been considered the accumulation of excess oil on the outer layer skin. It is pain to deal oily skin because it leads to blackheads, whiteheads, blind pimples and skin irritations. People who have this form usually they have large pores and shiny skin. It can be a struggle but it’s not all bad because it tends to age better and develop fewer wrinkles than normal skin.

Remedies for Oily skin

Causes:

  • Genetics
  • Dietary choices
  • Too much stress
  • Hormone changes in the body

Fortunately, you can follow these home remedies for oily skin to lessen the oiliness, refine the pores for more lovely appearance.

Facial wash:

  • If you want to get oil-free and dirt free skin without taking away moisture, you should start with a gentle and foaming facial wash.

Cleansing:

  • Cleansing can be done with a suitable product to your skin type.
  • It is better to cleanse only two or three times frequently.

Toner/astringent:

  • After rinse you should finish off with a toner on the oily regions of the skin.
  • It would help to control the excess of oil all over the day.

Tomatoes:

  • Anti-oxidants are rich source in tomatoes which keeps your skin bright.
  • So apply a puree of fresh tomatoes on your skin for better results.

Honey with lemon:

  • Take one tbsp. of lemon juice, half tbsp. of honey, an egg, and fuller’s earth in a bowl.
  • Mix all the above ingredients well to make a paste.
  • Now apply it on the face and let it be for twenty minutes.
  • Use normal water to rinse off your face.

Cucumber juice for make up:

  • If you’re facing make up becoming patchy, apply cucumber juice forehead, chin or nose and all over the face.
  • Wait until becomes dry then apply your make up.
  • It doesn’t create a problem.

Yogurt:

  • Take one tbsp. of yogurt and fuller’s earth in a bowl.
  • Mix them well to make a paste.
  • Now apply it over the face and allow it to be for some time.
  • This method helps to soften the skin and restore the natural acid mantle.

Papaya:

  • Papaya has works as a cleanser.
  • It removes the dead skin cells present in the skin.
  • So take a raw papaya pulp and apply it on the face.
  • You will notice something different.

Papaya Remedies for Oily skin

Water:

  • Drink as much as you want. Because drink lots of water would help flush out of the toxin from the body.
  • If you feel heavy to intake lots of water, at least consume 8-10 glasses every day for healthy body and skin.

Don’t pluck out pimples:

  • It is ashamed to leave your face with pimples.
  • Whether don’t pluck out the pimples because they will create spots on the face.
  • Finally you will get ugly skin.
