Heavy alcohol:
Alcohol consumption will prevent the body from absorption of essential nutrients such as iron, zink. This causes hair loss.

Illness:
Stress caused by sickness will temporarily cease or slow down hair production. Thyroid disorders will also cause hair loss.

Medications:
Chemotherapy is powerful treatment to deal with cancer. It destroys cancer cells and also kills healthy hair follicles. Apart from hereditary reasons, we can control hair loss caused by stress and nutritional imbalances.
