  • Take a glass of warm water. Mix a pinch of asafetida powder in it. Drink this solution three times in a day. To enhance the taste, you may also add rock salt to the solution.
  • Alternatively, take a pinch of asafetida powder and add the sufficient amount of water to make a paste and apply the paste to your navel. Repeat this several times in a day.This will reduce the pain,
