Repeat this for 10 minutes several times in a day. Remember to discard the water and the cotton swab every time and wash the bowl with soapy water.
Soon the boil will get soft. Once boil gets soft you can drain it by pressing gently and encourage the pus to come out. Once the pus comes out you will be relieved by the pain. After pus is completely drained do remember to apply some antiseptic cream to the affected area.

2. Cummin Seeds- One of the natural home remedy to treat vaginal boil is cumin seeds. Crush cumin seeds to make a powder and add a little water to make a paste. Apply this paste to the affected area. Repeat this 3 times for a few days. Soon the boil ripens and will burst.

3. Ginger, Turmeric, and Asafetida- Mix all the three ingredients and make a paste by adding water. Apply the paste to the affected part for a few days. This will promote healing. Also, the turmeric acts as antiseptic and kills bacteria.

4. Epsom Salt-Magnesium Sulfate present in the Epsom salt relieves pain. Also Epsom salt helps the boil to dry out fast. Add Epsom salt to bath water and wash the vagina with it.

5. Margosa Leaves- It is antibacterial and antiseptic. Crush a few margosa leaves and apply it to the affected part. This will prevent the spread of the infection and will fasten the healing.
