1.Apple Cider Vinegar For Vaginal Wash –

Apple cider vinegar is acidic. It maintains the normal pH. Thus, it balances the healthy flora and creates an environment where fungi and bacteriaareunable to thrive.
Mix water and apple cider vinegar in equal quantities and wash your intimate area with it.

2.Aloe vera For Vaginal Wash-

Aloe vera has anti-fungal properties. It clears candidiasis and treats irritation, itching and burning. Extract the gel of fresh aloevera leaf. Mix the gel with water and use this water to clean your intimate parts.

3. Yogurt For Vaginal Wash- 

Yoghurt is rich in lactic acid and also contains probiotics (good bacteria). It fights candida yeast infection. Fungi and bacteria are unable to unable to thrive in the lactic acid rich environment. Apply yoghurt to intimate parts. Leave it for a few hours and then wash it off.



4. Fenugreek seeds For vaginal wash-

Fenugreek seeds treat bacterial vaginosis. It improves the pH level ofthe vagina, speeds up healing and boosts body immunity.

To a glass of water, soak tablespoon fenugreek seeds. Leave it overnight. In morning strain and use fenugreek water to wash vagina.

To a glass of water mix a teaspoon of baking soda and wash intimate parts with it.

Alternatively,add half a cup of baking soda toa bathtub filled with water. Soak yourself in the bathtub for 15 minutes to treat vaginal infection and get rid of bad odour.

6.Lemon leaves For Vaginal Wash-

Lemon leaves are rich in limousine. Limousine is an antimicrobial, antibiotic and anti-allergic. It maintains the vaginal pH and keeps intimate parts healthy and clean.
Take tentender lemon leaves and clean them with water. Crush the leaves. Add them to a glass of water and boil until the colour of the water changes to a greenish hue. Strain and cool the concoction and wash your private parts with it.

7.Chamomile or tea tree oil For Vaginal Wash-

Essential oil is antimicrobial and also removes bad odor. To 2 cups of water add a drop of chamomile oil and use as a feminine wash. You may also add six drops of tea tree oil to a cup of water and wash your vagina with it.
