You can use an antiperspirant with a strong formula labelled by clinical strength. If you require strongest antiperspirant, there are several clinical strength formulas which are available from so many brands.
Make sure that you know the difference between the antiperspirants and deodorants. Because, antiperspirants actually block the sweat glands and it prevents the more moisture, as well as deodorants are simply cover odours. Therefore, it is main important that you have to use an antiperspirant, if you are suffering from sweating.

But, some of the people are opposed to wearing the antiperspirants due to the assumed links that are between the aluminium-based compounds which are found in antiperspirants and diseases like cancer and Alzheimer’s.
Apply the antiperspirant only for dry skin and use it on other parts of your body that besides your armpits.

Choose the Clothes that Absorb Sweat:

You can choose cotton that will absorb sweat which is designed to wick away moisture. You can also choose a cloth with a loose weave like clothes are made of linen. If you wear white colour cloths people are easy to notice that you’re sweating while you choose the dark colours or prints cloths, then your sweat will not going to show up as much.

You can reduce the foot sweat also by wearing the shoes made of leather and other natural materials. It is better to wear the sandals or barefoot that your feet can breathe freely.

Choose the Clothes that Absorb Sweat

Additionally, you can keep extra clothes with you that you can change at noon if you have seen sweaty spots on your outfit. You can change your outfit in a restroom or in your own car. Otherwise, it is better to keep a cloth or a handkerchief in your pocket or purse to clean away the sweat and if your feet are also sweaty and smelly. You can bring an extra pair of socks and shoes with you while you are stepping out.

Skip Spicy Foods:

It is better to skip spicy foods such as hot peppers; onions and garlic which can make you sweat more and also sweat smell is more horrible. You can eat more the bland foods such as whole grains, fruit and veg throughout the day if you are at workplace or outside in public.
