Take few ginger slices and add it to one cup of water. Now heat it for about 15 minutes. Strain it and let it cool. Add a few drops of honey to this tea and drink it 2 times a day. You may also crush the ginger and form a paste. Now apply this paste on the affected area. After 15 minutes, rinse off with warm water and apply eucalyptus oil.

8.Heat application- Take a clean sock. Fill rice in it. Microwave it for 60 seconds. Now check the temperature. If the temperature if the medium and comfortable apply it to the back.
9.Garlic- Galic is a natural painkiller and anti-inflammatory. You may either chew some pods of garlic or massage with garlic oil. This is a wonder remedy to relieve a backache. Grind 100 grams of poppy seeds and add rock candy to it. Eat 1 tablespoon of this mixture daily 2 times. This is followed by drinking a glass of milk.
