Onion is possessed with healing properties. It controls the growth of the collagen and can flatten the keloids. There is also creams available in the market claiming to treat keloids that contain onion extract. But when you have raw onions in your kitchen then why not use them.
Take an onion and cut it into large pieces. Tightly wrap it in a cheesecloth and extract its juice in a bowl. Apply this juice with the help of a cotton swab on the affected area. After 15 minutes, rinse it off with lukewarm water. Repeat this 3 times for a few weeks.

2. Sandalwood

Sandalwood possesses skin regeneration properties. It effectively diminished scar including keloid scars. Mix a tablespoon of sandalwood with sufficient quantity of water to make a paste.
