Chamomile tea is effective in easing lots of health issues including hernia. It is rich in antioxidants. The compounds present in chamomile has soothing properties. It reduces inflammation and pain.
Steep a teaspoon chamomile dry flowers in a cup of water and steep it for 15 minutes. Strain and drink it warm. Drink at least one cup of chamomile tea every day.
