Teaching Yoga to Youth

Present living conditions of human got worse due to hectic busy schedule and mechanical work. There’s hardly any time for people to do any physical exercise to stay fit. But thanks to the tinsel town stars like Hrithik Roshan, Aamir Khan who showed their bodies on screen in six packs. That definitely attracted the youth and made youth rush towards Gymnasiums. But unfortunately some try to make up their body in an unplanned way, that’s not the right practice. However, it’s a positive sign that youth still are health consciousness. Some prefer to do Yoga while others do work out at Gym. Because of Yoga-gurus Yoga has gained its popularity not only in India but also abroad to stay fit mentally and physically.

Teaching Yoga

Yoga the word means yoking of mind and body. It’s the world’s most ancient method of practice. It’s a Karta, Karma and Kriya embedded in to the divine soul of human. We the humans bring the divine energy through Yoga and boost it to form strength to lighten the brain through meditation. Yoga has enormous benefits. A saint once said that a person who masters the Yoga is considered as Brahma. He who achieves Moksha and he is the master of the universe who has all the controls in himself. He can control his anger, pain, stress, desires.

Teaching Yoga to Youth

He has the power to drive his body to act according to himself leaving him physically fit. Scientists have also proved Yoga can cure many diseases like diabetes and weight loss. That may be the reason for its popularity. “As you breathe better, move better and circulate better, all the other organs function better” says a Yoga teacher named Mitchell. He is from Connecticut of USA and pride owner of Yogapata, his Yoga teaching institute. That is the popularity of Yoga around the continents in the world. He is teaching yoga to youth very well.

Yoga the practice is believed to be originated before 500BC. Three methods of practices originated from three isms – Jainism, Buddhism, and Hinduism. Raj Yoga and Hath Yoga are the famous practices around the world which are derived from Hinduism. Yoga practice of Jainism is pure meditation. You can see the Jain god Mahavira’s idol in the same meditation mood. Lord Buddha’s idol can also be seen sitting in a ‘Dyana Mudhra’, which is nothing but one of the practices of Buddhism methods to develop control on mind.
