But do keep in mind never combine red meat or cook red meat with high saturated fats as it is not at all healthy.

2.Whole Fat Milk-

If you are consuming skimmed milk better switch to whole milk. A glass of whole milk gives you 60 extra calories. Milk is rich in vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, vitamin D and calcium. Drink whole milk in the morning and before going to bed. You can also take it with cereals or oatmeal.
