  • Some people feel side effects immediately after vaccination and some people after 24 hours. Hence, its recommended to take complete rest for at least 2-3 days after getting the vaccinated.

  • If side effects persist for a long time after vaccination, then contact the vaccination center or a doctor, do not take any medication or treatment on your own.
  • Keep yourself hydrated after applying the vaccine. Include plenty of fruits, vegetables and nuts in your diet.

  • Eating fried and roasted food should be avoided after vaccination. Avoid too much sweet and sugar as it may occur stress, anxiety, and difficulty in sleeping.
  • You have to follow all protocols after applying the first dose of the vaccine because antibodies are produced in the body only after getting both doses of the vaccine.
  • Continue following COVID precautionary measures even after getting both doses of Covid-19 vaccines. You need to wear the mask, maintain social distance, and hand sanitizer etc.
  • Don’t lose or throw your vaccine card because you have to show the vaccine card timestamp for the second dose. Additionally, a COVID-19 vaccine card may be required for public places and transportation or any other reason.
