6. Epsom Salt For Back Pain

Epsom salt is beneficial in relieving pain related to inflammation. Epsom salt is loaded with magnesium, oxygen, and sulfate. It is also known as magnesium sulfate. It is usually recommended to athletes for sore muscles. Add about two cups of Epsom salt to your bathwater. It will release magnesium in water which is immediately absorbed by your body.This boost your immune system maintains your blood pressure, strengthen bone health and more. Alternatively, you can make a paste of Epsom salt.
