Control the Body Weight
The main cause of the foot pain is the heavy weight. Your whole body weight will be on your legs, thus if you are obese or overweight then it will affect on your heel. Therefore, it will cause the foot pain. So, try to maintain or reduce the weight of your body to control the foot pain.
Whenever, you feel your heels are paining, massage them with the help of sesame oil. It will circulate the blood in the heel, relax the muscles and give a great relief from the pain.
Ice Cube Therapy
If you are suffering from both swelling and pain, then grab some ice cubes or crushed ice, wrap it in a cloth and start rubbing it gently on the heel. Repeat this 2-3 times in a day by giving 10 minutes of interval between the massage. This will help in contraction of the muscles and reduces the pain.
It is known as laal mirch in hindi, but not the dry chilly. To reduce the foot pain with the help of cayenne pepper, sprinkle it inside the socks and wear it. Another way is to put some laal mirch in a bucket of warm water and soak the legs in it, this will help in reducing the heel pain.
This will help in reducing the inflammation along with heel pain. Just add 2 tsp of vinegar in a half tub of lukewarm water. Keep your foot in it for about 20 minutes. Do this procedure weekly once for a better result.
For a quick relief from the foot pain, soak the legs in the warm water mixed with Epsom salt. This will soothe and relax the muscles. Apply moisturizer to keep it away from dryness.
Clove oil will help to drag out the pain. Thus, massaging the foot with clove oil will relax the muscles and circulate the blood.

This is the easy way to reduce the foot pain. Take a tub of hot and another tub of cold water. Now, dip your legs in hot water and keep it for about 5-10 minutes. Remove the foot and immediately dip them in the cold water. Repeat this for at least 3 times to get relief from the pain.
