1.Ginger- One of the most effective remedies to treat nausea is ginger. It contains phenols and other oils that treat intestinal issues and aids digestion. Grate ginger and add it to the boiling water. Let it steep for a few minutes. Now squeeze lemon juice to it. You may also add a teaspoon of honey to it. Drink this 3 times in a day.

2.Lemon salt and sugar- This is the traditional Indian remedy to get rid of nausea. Take two small bowls. In one bowl take a teaspoon of salt and half teaspoon black pepper. In another bowl take a teaspoon sugar. Take a lemon and cut in into 2 halves. Now sprinkle sugar on one-half and lick it with your tongue. Now sprinkle the mixture of salt and pepper on the other half and lick it. Repeat this a few times and you will feel better. If you are suffering from hypertension better avoid this and try inhaling the one-half of a lemon. This will also provide you some relief.

3. Cumin seeds- Cumin is known to improve the digestion. This, in turn, will help you to get rid of nausea and other associated symptoms.
For this chew a teaspoon of raw cumin seeds and drink a glass of water on it.

4.Apple cider vinegar- Apple cider vinegar has so many health benefits. It may also treat the nausea that is caused due to migraines, food poisoning, and motion sickness. Take a cup of warm water and add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to it. Also, add a half teaspoon of honey to it. You will feel better in just a few minutes.

5. Bishops seeds to get rid of nausea- Like cumin seeds bishop seeds are also very effective in treating nausea. Take a teaspoon of bishop seeds and add a pinch of salt to it. If you suffer from hypertension do not add salt. Chew it and drink a cup of water on it. You will feel better after some time.

6.Cloves- The soothing aroma of clove is very effective to get rid of nausea. Chew a clove and you will find relief.

7.Essential oils- essential oils have been used since ages to treat nausea. You may take any of the essential oil for this purpose, such as lemongrass oil, citronella oil, and lavender oil. Pour a few drops of the oil on your handkerchief and smell it. Aroma of essential oil will provide you instant relief in your symptoms.

8.Banana- Yes, even banana acts like a magic remedy to treat nausea. Whenever you feel nauseated just eat a banana. Banana galvanizes the production of intestinal mucus. Mucus acts as a barrier between the acidic digestive juices and stomach and provides you relief instantly.
