Salt water effectively cleans the debris in your mouth. It also wards off harmful bacteria from the mouth.
Add a small amount of salt to a cup of water and rinse your mouth with it. You may also add a pinch of salt to your toothpaste and brush with it. Do this daily.*If you are suffering from high blood pressure better avoid this.
* Remember not to swallow the salt water or it may cause loose motions.
Onion has antimicrobial properties and is antiseptic. It kills the bacteria and also relieves the pain. Chew a piece of raw onion. You may also apply onion juice to the affected area.
Wheat Grass Juice-
Wheat grass juice kills the germs, fights the tooth decay and treats tooth pain. It is rich in antioxidants and antibiotics. Rinse your mouth with wheatgrass juice daily in the morning.
