Both raw and sour milk have numerous benefits on your skin. It not only moisturizes the skin but also helps in exfoliating. Milk reduces dark spot and wrinkles. It soothe sunburn and gives you an even skin.

Milk Cleanses Your Face –

Raw milk contains lactic acid. Lactic acid is cleanser and anti-aging. It not only removes dead skin cells but also promotes the growth of new cells. It drives out bacteria, dust from the skin, and unlock the pores. In addition, it prevent break out and blackheads.

What to Do

Dip a cotton ball in raw milk. Apply the milk evenly on your face with the help of cotton ball and gently rub in circularmotion. Leave it for a few minutes and then wash it off.

Exfoliate Dead Skin Cells –

The potent Alpha hydroxy acid present in milk scourges dead skin cells and reveal the underneath soft skin. It also removes the dead skin cells, heals the damage and keeps the skin rejuvenated. In addition milk tightens the large pores and keeps our skin soft and supple.

What To Do

Mix 2 teaspoon of raw milk with a teaspoon of gram flour. Mix properly and apply all over your face and neck. Rub gently for 2 minutes and then leave it for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes rinse off your face.

Lightens Dark Spots And Tans –

The high lactic acid content in milk has skin lightening properties. It helps to reduce pigmentation and lightens unwanted tans.

What to do

Just apply raw milk on your face with the help of a clean cloth or a cotton ball. After few minutes,rinse it off. Repeat this at least 3 times in a week for the desired result.

No one likes damaged and dry skin. Milk is very effective in hydrating and moisturizing your skin. Being rich in antioxidants, milk nourishes the skin from deep within, fights free radical damage and keep the skin moisturized throughout the day.

What to do

Apply raw milk to your face with the help of a clean cotton ball. Let it dry for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse your face with cool water. Your skin will remain moisturized for the rest of the day.

Milk Face Packs to Include in Your Beauty Routine

#1. Milk Honey And Lemon Face Pack  –

Take two teaspoon of milk. Mix it with a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of lemon. Mix well and apply on your face and neck. Leave it for 10 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat is at least 2 times in a week.

#2. Milk And Sandalwood –

Sandalwood adds natural glow to your face. To a teaspoon of sandalwood, add about half teaspoon of milk. Mix well and apply to your face. After 20 minutes, wash it off.

#3. Milk Turmeric And Whole Gram Face Pack-

To a teaspoon whole gram add two-teaspoon milk and a pinch of turmeric. Mix well and apply to your skin. After 15 to 20 minutes, wash it off.

#4. Milk And Multani Mitti –

Just like Sandalwood multani mitti gives your soft and clear skin. To a teaspoon of multani mitti and half teaspoon of milk. Mix well and apply the paste to your neck and face. After 20 minutes principle off.

#5. Milk And Oatmeal Face Pack –

Oatmeal acts as a natural scrub. To a teaspoon of oatmeal, add sufficient amount of milk to make a thick paste. Apply the mixture to your face and rub gently for 2 minutes. After 10 minutes, rinse it off.
