Tea tree oil is a potent anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. it relieves pain and its and fights off infection. Dilute a few drops of tea tree oil with a tablespoon of olive oil and apply on the lesions. Leave it for half an hour and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat this 3 times in a day.

Make habit of drinking about 9-10 glasses of water every day. Also add sources of omega-3 fatty acids such as salmon, tuna, flax-seeds to your diet.
