Take a tablespoon of fuller’s earth and add a quantity of water to make a smooth paste. Apply this paste on heat rash. Leave it for about 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Again cucumber is known for its soothing and cooling effect. Cut cucumber in slices and rub them very gently to the affected area for 15 minutes. Repeat this several times in a day.

5.Sandalwood-

Like fuller’s earth you may also use sandalwood powder to get rid of heat bumps. Take a tablespoon of sandalwood powder and add sufficient quantity of water to make a paste. Apply it to the affected area and leave it for 20 minutes. When it gets dry, rinse it off.

6.Oatmeal-

Besides having oatmeal in your breakfast you may also use them to get rid of heat bumps. For this take a cup of oatmeals and mix it in a bathtub filled with hot water. Mix them till the oatmeals get dissolved. Now, wait till the water gets little cool. Soak yourself in oatmeal water for 20 minutes and find relief.

7.Baking soda-

Yes, you may also use baking soda to get rid of heat bumps. Apply baking soda to the affected part and it will absorb the excess of sweat and provides you relief from heat rashes.
