Diet plays an important role in keeping your breast healthy. Breast is a part of the body with muscles and tissues. So eat foods rich in proteins, calcium, vitamins, fiber, carbohydrates and healthy fat. Eat a complete diet. Include foods such as cabbage, broccoli, onion, cauliflower, garlic. Carrots and tomatoes in your diet. Also, drink lots of water to keep your body hydrated.

2. Exercise

Performing exercise can really help you get rid of the saggy breast. Try chest exercises that will help you firm your breast and lift up your breast. Some of such exercises are push ups, chest press, dumbbell fly and arm raise.

Breast massage on regular basis can surely help you to get rid of the saggy breast. Take any oil and massage your breast with it in circular and upward motion for about 20 minutes daily. This will strengthen the connective tissues and also promotes the flow of blood to the breasts. This improves the breast shape. It is always better that before starting breast massage you rub both your hands and make it warm. Keep on rubbing your hands in between the massage to make it warm.

Take an egg. Whip it and beat it. Add a tablespoon of yogurt and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix all the ingredients and apply to your breast. Massage gently for a minute and then leave it for 20 minutes. This is followed by rinsing it off with lukewarm water.

Fennel breast mask

Take 2 tablespoon of fennel seed and 2 tablespoons of cod liver oil in a pan and heat both the ingredients until fennel seeds are red. Now strain it and leave it to cool. When the temperature reaches bearable then apply this concoction to your breast and massage gently for a few minutes and then leave it for half an hour. This is followed by rinsing it off with warm water.

Take 4 tablespoon fenugreek seeds and add water and make a paste. Massage your breast with this paste for a few minutes and then leave it for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes wash it off.

Apple breast firming paste

Take 2 apples. Crush them and make a paste. Add 4 cups of milk to it. Mix the ingredients and apply the paste to your breast. After 20 minutes wash it off with cold water. Repeat this daily.

All the above methods of getting rid of the saggy breast will work gradually and so have patience and be consistent. Besides, the above methods make sure you wear a bra of the right size. Your bra should not be too tight or too loose. Also, you don’t need to wear a bra 24 hours. Better remove it while sleeping.
