Natural Homemade Remedies for Dark Circles

Dark circles are also known as dark rings or dark shadows. It’s not a major issue, but it may people look exhausted, tired, older and unhealthy. It occurs t both men and women of different age groups. When compared to the other parts of the body, under the skin is very delicate and thinner. Some of the causes behind the dark shadows include:

  • Lack of sleep
  • Nasal congestion
  • Stress
  • Hereditary
  • Deficiency in vitamins
  • Aging
  • Dry skin
  • Prolonged crying
  • Working for long hours in front of the computer
  • An unhealthy diet

Don’t worry about the issue because there are some solutions ahead. Using some homemade remedies for dark circles you can easily remove of unsightly shadows.

Homemade Remedies for Dark Circles

Remedies:
Consumption of water:

  • Drink at least eight glasses of water may help get rid of the dark rings you have.
  • It is not only useful for dark rings but also for biological mechanisms.

Enough sleep:

  • If you’re in adult stage you need at least six hours sleep a day.
  • If you’re a kid you need at least eight hours sleep a day.
  • Whether you are an adult or kid you must need enough sleep.

Cream under eyes:

  • It is not recommended by experts because very delicate skin is present under eyes.
  • So it is better to avoid applying any cream under the eyes.

Slices on eyes:

  • Take some raw potato or cucumber and cut into slices.
  • Place slices on your eyes for twenty minutes.
  • And enjoy the feel of slices.
  • Rinse off the eyes with warm water.

Homemade Remedies for Dark Circles Slices on Eyes

Small remedy juices:

  • Take some potatoes and cucumber and crush them to make a fine juice.
  • Take a cotton bowl and soak it in the juice.
  • Place it on eyelids for twenty minutes.
  • Use cold water to wash your eyes.

Mint juice:

  • Make mint juice and apply it around the eyes gently.
  • You would feel relaxation with this remedy.

Almond oil:

  • Take small amount of oil and gently massage around and under the eyes.
  • You can massage before to bed at least daily for two weeks.
  • When you wake up in the morning, you would notice something.

Honey and egg remedy:

  • Take some amount of honey and egg white in a bowl.
  • Mix them well and make a mixture.
  • Apply it around the eyes and wait for some time.
  • Rinse off your eyes with cold water.
