RUB AN ICE CUBE ON THE FACE BEFORE MAKEUP

 Due to the humidity in this season, the skin always remains oily. Hence it is better to clean the face thoroughly and rub ice over your face before applying makeup. It will keep the makeup on and, it will not spread even if wet. If you have dry or combination skin, apply a toner after rubbing it with ice. For oily skin, you can apply astringent after rubbing the ice.

OIL-FREE MOISTURISER 

Do not forget to moisturise the skin even in humid weather because it tends to get dry. Keeping a good moisturiser handy works and makes skin even for makeup. Use a water-based moisturiser on your skin as it will absorb oil.

USE PRIMER

AVOID GLOSSY & CREAMY LIPSTICK

Do not use glossy and creamy lipstick in monsoon as they become sticky after some time of application and easily spread when you get wet, which can ruin your entire look.

AVOID HEAVY FOUNDATION

 If you use foundation, go for an oil-free foundation instead of using a liquid foundation. Light cosmetics like BB cream, matte or oil-free foundation can be used and apply foundation very lightly. It is best to do light makeup during the rainy season.

POWDER BLUSHER

 Applying Powder blushers is the best monsoon as it’s easy to sing, but make sure to apply a small amount of blusher then don’t forget to blot the makeup look with a tissue. If you like to use powder then, apply it with a damp sponge for a better look.
