Make Natural Hair Mask/Hair Pack With Reetha

Although, there are so many hair products are available in the market, which claims to make your hair shiny, long, and healthy, there is nothing as effective as Reetha, Amla, and Shikakai.

Reetha, Amla, and Shikakai together are miraculous for hair. Shikakai is the ancient plant of India, which used for hair care for thousands of years. It not only makes hair shiny & healthy. If you use these three ingredients together, you will get rid of many hair problems such as split ends, falling hair, grey hair, and dandruff.

Soap Nuts (Reetha), Gooseberry (Amla) And Sikakayi (Acacia Concinna): How To Use Them Together As Hair Mask Or Hair Pack

Natural Cleanser Or Shampoo

Take 5 to 6 Soap Nuts (Aritha), 5 to 6 Shikakai and 3 Amla, soak all ingredients together in 750 ml of water for 8 to 10 hours. Boil all ingredients along with water for 20 minutes. When all ingredients become soft, turn off the gas. Let them cool. Grind this mixture until its turn into a paste.

Apply this paste directly to your hair and scalp, leave for a few minutes. Gently massage the hair. Wash your the head with plain water. While washing light foam released, it means the hair becomes clean. You can apply shampoo for once again. It will make your hair looks cleaner and shinier when you wash hair.

Strong And Nourish Hair Pack

Grind dry sikakayi into a powder or you can purchase Soap Nuts (Reetha), Gooseberry (Amla) and Sikakayi mixed readymade powder in the market. Mix some powder in coconut oil. Put it in a cool and dry place for 15 days. Massage your scalp with this mixture for 15 to 20 minute wash your hair with shampoo. Use this pack once or twice a week. It will make your hair extremely strong and healthy.

Anti-Hair Fall Pack

The combination of Reetha, Amala and Shikakai powder is very effective in treating hair fall problems. Make anti-hair fall pack by taking an equal amount of Aritha powder, Amla(Gooseberry) powder, and sikakayi powder into water and mix them well. Now apply this paste on the hair and leave it for 30 minutes. Wash the hair with plain water. Cleaning hair regularly with this mixture prevents hair fall. Your hair will look shinier.

Anti-Dandruff Pack

As Aritha and Sikakayi boast with anti-fungal and anti-bacterial agents, this will help to reduce dandruff as well as dry scalp. You can include some neem leaf along with Aritha and Sikakayi powder for better result. Neem has antimicrobial properties that also help to prevent dandruff.

Make a paste with an equal amount of Reetha powder, Shikakai powder and neem leaf powder together with a little water. Apply this pack on your scalp along with hair for 30 minutes. Wash it off. Do this remedy once or twice a week for better results.

All three ingredients are rich with vitamins, anti-oxidants, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties that extremely good for your hair. These also used for several healing benefits and herbal remedy.
