Glowing skin is a dream of every person and this means a healthy body as well. If there is glow on your skin then this means that you are taking care of your body in a healthy way. Some yoga asanas will help in increasing the blood circulation and gives a radiant skin.

Yoga helps in giving natural glow to the skin by flushing out the toxins from the body. It also helps in relaxing the mind by calming it and reduces stress. It helps the skin in becoming tight and youthful. It also helps in reducing the fine lines and wrinkles and gives you a youthful appearance.

Let’ take a look at some of the Poses which gives you a Glowing Skin:

1# Bharadvaja’s Twist

This pose helps in removing toxins from your body and improves digestive health as well. When body clears out waste then the skin gets its glow in return. You need to sit on the floor with your legs stretched in front of you. Then slowly shift your body to the right buttock and then bend your knees. Tuck your legs to the left and gently shift your torso to the right side by keeping your right hand on the floor for the support. Stay in this pose for atleast 60 seconds and then retain the normal position. Now repeat this pose by twisting to the other side. Repeat this asana for atleast 5 times daily to get a healthy system and glowing skin.

2# Kapalbhati Pose

Kapalbhati helps in regularizing the breathing and gives glow to the skin
This is the most easiest asanas of all in yoga and provides plethora of benefits to the body. It regulates the breathing and also aids in digestion which further helps in giving you the glowing skin. For doing this, you need to sit on the floor with your back straight and legs crossed.

Then inhale deeply and exhale out with full force quickly. If you are a beginner then you can practice 20-30 times and slowly increase the count to 150-200. This helps in giving a flat belly and glowing skin.

3# Bhastrika

This yoga asana involves deep breathing and this helps in increasing oxygen in the body. Sit on the floor with bend knees and your fists clenched. Continue forceful breathing for 3-5minutes at a stretch. If you are not being able to do the breathing for 3-5 minutes then you can continue breathing for 1-2 minutes and then slowly increase the duration. This will help in giving you a glowing skin and keeps your mind alert.

4# Narishodan Prayanama

This pose helps in regulating breathing pattern and gives glow to the skin
Sit comfortably on the ground or on the floor and place your left hand on the knee. Touch your thumb and index finger and keep other three fingers stretched. Put your index and middle finger of the right hand between the eyebrows and then breathe in from one nostril and block the other one.

Repeat this process again by doing vice versa and with your thumb and ring finger close the inactive nostril. This will regulate the breathing process and gives glow to the skin.

5# Fish Pose

This pose helps in toning the muscles of your face and throat and gives it a younger look. It firms the skin and gives it a smoother appearance. You need to lie on your back and keep your feet and hands relaxed alongside the body. Place your hands underneath your hips and bring your elbows closer to each other. Now inhale and lift your chest and head up, keeping your chest elevated keep the head on the floor. Place your elbows on the ground and keep all your weight on the elbows while you press your legs and thighs on the floor. Breathe in and out as long as you can hold this pose. Repeat this process for 5-10 minutes daily to get glowing skin.

6# Triangle Pose

This provides oxygen to the skin and keeps it glowing
This pose helps in providing oxygen to the lungs, heart and chest to keep you active and refreshed. It also gives you a beautiful skin as well. Stand straight and separate your feet wide apart. Now turn your right foot forward keeping your leg straight and stretch your left leg backwards. Make sure that your feet is pressing the ground and and the whole weight of your body is balanced on both the feet.

Inhale deeply and then start exhaling bending your body to the right, downward from the hips and keep your waist straight. Keep your left hand up straight in the air and touch your right hand to the floor. Keep your head looking up with your eyes positioned up towards the ceiling. You need to stretch as much as possible. As you inhale, keep your hand down and come to a normal position and then repeat this on the other side.

7# Shoulder Stand Pose

This helps in keeping the skin young and plump
This asana helps in bringing glow to the skin and leaves the skin plump and pink. This pose sends blood to the brain and nourishes your body and skin deeply. This is one of the best anti-aging exercise that gives instant results to you as you feel light and young. Lie down on the floor and keep your shoulders and head on the floor.

Now slowly lift your legs and torso part up in the air and off the floor. The whole weight will come mainly on your shoulders and you need to stay in this posture for 60 seconds. Now come down to the floor gently and relax your body. Repeat this asana for 5 times in a day on daily basis to let the blood and oxygen flow to your face and brings the glow.
