2. Sesame seeds- This is one of the best home remedies to regulate the menstrual cycle as it balances the level of hormones. Sesame seeds are rich in lignans that help the excess of hormones to bind. Also, the essential fatty acid present in it promotes the hormone production. Roast sesame seeds. Grind it and add jaggery to it and take a teaspoon of this every day empty stomach. Eat this for a few minutes.

3. Aloe Vera- Aloe Vera regulated your hormones and thus treat problems related to periods. Extract fresh juice of aloe vera and take it empty stomach for 3 months.

4. Cinnamon- Add a teaspoon of cinnamon to the glass of milk and drink it once in a few weeks. Cinnamon contains hydroxy chalcone that regulates the level of insulin and thus regular periods.

5. Turmeric- Turmeric balances hormone and stimulates the menstrual flow. It also relieves pain. Add a glass of milk and add a pinch of turmeric to it. Drink this for a week.
