Most ovarian cysts disappear itself. If symptoms are not so severe you just need to wait and watch. A routine test is a must for every woman, especially after menopause.

If you have pain, you may be prescribed birth control pills as they prevent ovulation. When cyst does not go away and continue to grow surgery such as laparoscopy and laparotomy is prescribed.

    You just need to put a hot water bottle or heating pad on your pelvic area and abdomen for 15 to 20 minutes.

Take 20 to 30-milligram tablet of its extract 2 times a day. To prepare its drink, take 20 g of its root and add to 34 oz filtered water. Boil it and simmer for 30 minutes. Strain it, and store in a cool and dry place. Drink one cup 3 times daily. Make another preparation after 48 hours.

  3. Castor Oil Pack- It is a traditional remedy for ovarian cysts. It not only detoxifies the body toxins, but also promotes the circulatory and lymphatic circulations. This dissolves the ovarian cyst. Take a thick and clean cloth that may cover the entire abdomen. Soak the cloth with 2 tablespoons of castor oil. Strain it, and lay it on your abdomen
    Cover it with another towel and then place a hot water bottle over it. After 30 minutes, remove it.
    * Do not do this when you are menstruating or trying to conceive.
  4. Maca root- It is a fertility herb. It balances the level of hormone and promotes the production of the hormone progesterone. Take 2000 to 3000 mg of Maca root daily to treat ovarian cyst.

  5. Epsom salt bath- It is very effective in reduce pain due to the high content of magnesium sulfate. Take 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt and add it to your bath water. Also, add 10 drops lavender or any other essential oil. Soak yourself in it for 30 minutes. Repeat it daily.
  6. Chamomile Tea- It is very beneficial to treat ovarian cyst. It relaxes the muscles and reduces pain. It also enhances the blood flow to the uterus and pelvis.
