2.Rasberry leaves-

Rasberry leaves are rich in tannins, and flavnoids. It has been used traditionally to enhance fertility in females. Steep two teaspoon of raspberry leaves to a cup of steaming water for 15 minutes. Strain the concoction and drink it two times in a day.

3.Nettle leaf-

Nettle leaves are rich in minerals. It is rich in chlorophyll. Nettle leave tea is a stress buster and a uterine tonic. Adda teaspoon of fresh nettle leaves to a cup of steaming water. Steep for 20 minutes. Strain and drink it.

Choose good carbohydrates. Eat whole grains, starchy food, fruits, and vegetables. Avoid sugar and processed food. Consume healthy fats. One of the most important causes of infertility these days is exposure to toxins. Avoid eating in plastic containers, Avoid caffeine, alcohol, smoking. Also, limit the use of cosmetics.
