1.Cucumber-

Cucumber is very beneficial for skin. It renders cooling effect, tightens the skin, reduces swelling, reduces fine lines and wrinkles and also lightens your skin tone. Cucumber is 90 percent water and also is rich in vitamin K that shrinks the capillaries. Of you work for long time in front of computer screens cucumber can sooth your eyes.

Cut two slice of chilled cucumber and place them on your close eyelids for 15-20 minutes. Alternatively blend a few pieces of cucumber ad extract its juice. Soak 2 cotton pads. Place the cotton pads in freezer in a plastic bag. In morning after shower place these pads on your closed eyelids for 10 to 15 minutes. 

2.Reduce Salt Intake and Eat Celery-

High intake of common salt or sodium chloride may lead to fluid retention and cause bags under eyes. So limit the intake of salt. Avoid table salt and other salty fast foods. Increase the intake of fresh vegetables. To reduce the curb for salt eat celery.

3.Green Tea Bags-

Green tea is rich in antioxidants that fights free radicals and slow down fine lines and wrinkles and other signs of aging. Green tea is rich in caffeine that reduces the puffiness around the eyes.

Besides this potato also have anti-inflammatory properties. Wash a potato and slice it. Put the slices in freezer and leave it overnight. In the morning take them out and place on your eyes for 10 minutes.

5.Neti Pot-

Neti pot is not only helpful in treating nasal congestion but you will also find it useful in getting rid of bags under eyes. I flushes out toxins and extra moisture. Also it treats seasonal allergies that may cause puffiness around the eyes.

Pour water and little salt in neti pot. With the help of neti pot pour this salt water into one of your nostril and drain it out of other. Repeat this every day.

6.Improve your Sleep Position-

If you sleep on your back it prevents the gravity from building up fluid around the eyes. Also add an extra pillow under your head. These steps will also prevent dark circles.
