Winter dry winds leach moisture from your scalp. Your scalp eventually becomes drier and itchy. This leads to dandruff, scalp irritation and hair fall. But dandruff is not a problem that can not be managed. You just need to take proper care that your scalp and hair need. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice to 2-3 tablespoon of warm coconut oil and olive oil. Massage your scalp with it for a couple of minutes and leave it for half an hour. This is followed by shampooing your hair with mild shampoo and lukewarm water.

Annoying frizzy hair are worst during winters. To some extent sweater, gloves, scarves and beanies are responsible for it. Your hair becomes static and frizzy. With the help of a vented hair brush, you can manage this. A vented brush has boar and plastic bristles. Always wash your hair with lukewarm water in winters and not hot water as hot water washes away the natural oils that nourish your hair. Also, apply conditioner to smoothen your hair and when hair dries comb it with a vented hairbrush.

Not only winter wind leeches moisture but also leeches shine. Your hair becomes lifeless a dull. With an extensive tooth comb remove the tangles and apply organic honey from root to the hair tip. Cover your hair with a shower cap and leave it for half an hour. Honey is a natural humectant, and it seals the moisture restoring dullness and reversing the damage. After 30 minutes wash your hairs with warm water.

Warm two teaspoon of any of the three oil and massage your scalp. These oil penetrates deep into the roots, moisturises scalp and promotes blood circulation that encourages hair growth and strengthens hair.

Drying your hair during inters is not an easy task especially if you have a long hair. Most scalp invites problems such as dandruff, split ends and hair breakage. Never rub your hair to dry. Best way to dry your hair is to squeeze excess of moisture with a clean towek=l and then use a blow dryer. Make sure that the hair dryer should be at least 15 centimetres away from your hair. Do not use a blow dryer for more than 10 minutes.

Condition your hair with hair oils and deep conditioning packs for healthy hair during inters. Shampoo your hair, rinse it with lukewarm water and then apply conditioner evenly Concentrate on ends and more damaged part of your hair. Leave it for a few minutes and then rinse it off with warm water.
